시는 바로DAY 통합창구 운영, 민원실 대기 현황 시스템 구축, 여권 사전 예약 시스템 운영, 건강 코너 및 PC 공간 정비 등 민원 편의 제공 및 민원실 환경 개선에 지속적으로 힘써왔다.
또한, 안전한 근무 환경 조성, 전 직원 대상 민원 응대 교육, 민원처리 담당자 힐링 프로그램과 인센티브 운영 등 민원처리 담당자의 심신 치유 및 사기 진작을 위한 제도를 추진하고 있다.
