(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천문화재단이 오는 10월 29일부터 11월 20일까지 우리미술관에서 ‘만석동 비밀정원’ 전시가 개최된다고 밝혔다.
재단에 따르면, 이번 전시는 2024년 우리미술관 문화예술교육 프로그램을 수강한 참여자의 작품을 선보이는 자리다.
우리미술관은 문화체육관광부와 한국문화예술위원회의 2015년도 ‘작은미술관 조성 운영 사업’ 공모로 만들어진 공간이며, 인천시 동구청과 인천문화재단에서 운영한다.
우리미술관은 전시뿐만 아니라 주민과 함께하는 다양한 문화예술교육 프로그램을 진행하여 동구 주민이 주인공이 되는 특별한 전시를 매년 개최한다.
이번 ‘만석동 비밀정원’ 전시에서 동구 주민들이 만든 도자기 작품과 그림, 건물 모형 작품을 만날 수 있다.
2024년에는 ‘우리미술관 문화나눔 도자기반’, 전시연계 프로그램 ‘막;다른 골목 미술 워크숍’을 운영했으며, 도자기반은 예성호 외 보조강사가, 전시연계 프로그램은 이민철이 진행했다.
4월부터 10월까지 총 128명의 주민(어린이, 성인)이 우리미술관 문화예술교육 프로그램에 참여했다.
인천문화재단 관계자는 “지역 주민이 문화예술의 적극적인 주체가 되는 시간이며, 관람객에게는 이웃의 전시를 친근하게 관람하는 기회.”라고 기획 의도를 밝혔다.
이번 전시는 2024년 10월 29일부터 11월 20일까지 우리미술관에서 열리며, 동시에 아뜨렛길(인천시 동구 송림로 82-1, 3GATE 인근)에서도 11월 11일부터 11월 18일까지 진행되며 입장료는 무료이다.

Incheon Cultural Foundation announced that the 'Manseok-dong Secret Garden' exhibition will be held at Woori Art Museum from October 29 to November 20.
According to the foundation, this exhibition will showcase the works of participants who took the Woori Art Museum's cultural arts education program in 2024.
Woori Art Museum is a space created through the 2015 'Small Art Museum Creation and Operation Project' competition of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Arts and Culture Committee, and is operated by Incheon Dong-gu Office and Incheon Cultural Foundation.
Our Art Museum holds special exhibitions every year where Dong-gu residents become the main characters by conducting various cultural and artistic education programs with residents in addition to exhibitions.
In this ‘Manseok-dong Secret Garden’ exhibition, you can see ceramic works, paintings, and building models made by Dong-gu residents.
