골프존뉴딘그룹(회장 김영찬)은 12월 4일, 동절기 취약계층을 위한 전사 봉사활동을 올해도 이어갔다. 이번 봉사활동은 골프존뉴딘그룹의 사회공헌 프로그램인 ‘스윙유어드림’의 일환으로, 수서지역의 취약계층이 따뜻한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련되었다.
이날 골프존뉴딘홀딩스, 골프존, 골프존커머스, 골프존카운티, 골프존 GDR아카데미, 골프존클라우드 등 그룹 임직원 600여 명은 수서지역의 복지관(수서명화종합사회복지관, 수서종합사회복지관, 강남세움복지관)에서 봉사활동을 펼치며 이웃들에게 온정을 나누었다.
임직원은 취약계층 1,000세대에 김치와 생필품을 전달하고, 약 100세대에 문풍지 부착 등 겨울철 환경 개선 활동을 진행했다. 또한, 골프존파스텔합창단의 공연을 통한 문화활동 지원과 어르신 밑반찬 배달 등 다양한 활동을 통해 지역사회 이웃들이 따뜻한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 도왔다.
봉사활동에 앞서 골프존뉴딘그룹은 수서지역의 3개 복지관에 총 4,000만 원의 성금을 전달했다. 활동 지역인 수서임대주택단지는 강남구 영구임대아파트 대단지 지역으로 저소득층이 거주하는 곳이다. 골프존뉴딘그룹은 2016년부터 강남구 수서동 일대에서 지속적으로 봉사활동을 진행하며 이웃사랑을 실천해왔다.
김치를 지원받은 한 주민은 “올해는 작년보다 김장을 하기가 여러모로 힘들었는데 이렇게 도움을 주시니 마음이 든든하다. 매년 골프존뉴딘그룹 봉사자 덕분에 보다 따뜻한 겨울을 나고 있어 감사하다”고 전했다.
최덕형 골프존뉴딘홀딩스 대표이사는 “매년 연말마다 우리 이웃을 위해 적극적으로 봉사활동에 동참해 주시는 임직원분들께 감사드린다”며, “특히 올해는 잦은 폭설과 한파가 예상되는데, 저희가 준비한 작은 정성이 지역사회 이웃분들이 보다 건강하고 따뜻한 겨울을 보내는 데 도움이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
골프존뉴딘그룹은 수서동 일대에서 지속해온 봉사활동으로 지역사회를 위한 공로를 인정받아 2019년과 2023년에 강남구청으로부터 감사장을 수상한 바 있다. 한편, 골프존뉴딘그룹은 ‘당신의 꿈을 응원합니다’라는 의미를 담은 사회공헌 브랜드 ‘스윙유어드림’을 통해 골프, IT, 문화, 나눔 영역에서 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 실천하고 있다.
올 한 해에도 △취약계층 식료품 지원 △유망작가 후원 △어버이날 임직원 부모님 초청 △헌혈 캠페인 △장애인 골프 대축제 △ESG 캠페인 ‘빗물받이 정화 활동’ △골프 꿈나무 장학금 후원 등 활발한 사회공헌사업을 펼쳤으며, 남은 기간에도 △북한이탈주민 캐디 양성사업 △희망행복나눔페스티벌 등을 진행하며 나눔과 배려의 경영 철학을 실현할 예정이다.
Golf Zone Newdin Group Volunteers to Spread Warmth in Winter

Golf Zone Newdin Group (Chairman Young Chan Kim) continued its company-wide volunteer activities for the underprivileged during the winter season on Wednesday (4). The volunteer activity is part of the group's social contribution program, “Swing Your Dream,” and was organized to help the underprivileged in the Suseo area enjoy a warm winter.
On the day, more than 600 employees from GOLFZONE Newdin Holdings, GOLFZONE, GOLFZONE Commerce, GOLFZONE County, GOLFZONE GDR Academy, and GOLFZONE Cloud volunteered at welfare centers in the Suseo area (Suseo Myeonghwa Social Welfare Center, Suseo General Social Welfare Center, and Gangnamseum Welfare Center) and shared their warmth with their neighbors. Employees delivered kimchi and daily necessities to 1,000 vulnerable households, and conducted activities to improve the winter environment, such as attaching door stickers to about 100 households. In addition, they supported cultural activities through performances by the Golf Zone Pastel Choir and delivered meals to the elderly, helping local neighbors spend a warm winter.
Prior to the volunteer program, GOLFZONE New Din Group donated a total of KRW 40 million to three welfare centers in Suseo. The Suseo Rental Housing Complex is a large complex of permanent rental apartments in Gangnam-gu, where low-income residents live. Since 2016, GOLFZONE NewDean Group has been continuously conducting volunteer activities in Suseo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to show its love for neighbors.
One of the residents who received kimchi said, “It was harder to make kimchi this year than last year, but I feel relieved to have your help. I am grateful that we are having a warmer winter thanks to the volunteers of Golf Zone Newdin Group every year.”

Golf Zone New Din Group has been recognized by the Gangnam District Office in 2019 and 2023 for its contributions to the community through its ongoing volunteer activities in Suseo-dong. Through its social contribution brand 'Swing Your Dream', which means 'We support your dreams', Golf Zone Newdin Group has been practicing various social contribution activities in the areas of golf, IT, culture, and sharing.
This year, the group has carried out active social contribution projects such as food support for the underprivileged, sponsorship of promising writers, invitation to employees' parents on Mother's Day, blood donation campaign, golf tournament for the disabled, ESG campaign 'Rain Gutter Cleaning Activity', and scholarships for golf dreamers, and will continue to realize the management philosophy of sharing and caring by carrying out the caddie training program for North Korean refugees and the Hope Happiness Sharing Festival.
