[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 2024년산 공공비축미곡와 시장격리곡 매입을 마무리했다고 12일 밝혔다.

시는 올해 배정된 물량 전량 매입 추진을 위해 톤백 출하를 최대한 유도하고 양곡 보관 창고 확보 등 공공비축미 매입에 전력을 다했다.

산물벼는 지난달 16일까지 김해시농협공동사업법인의 RPC와 DSC에서 매입을 완료했고 건조벼는 12일까지 읍면동 지정 장소에서 총 20회 실시, 추가 배정 물량까지 포함한 3,836t 전량 매입을 마무리했다.

시는 올해 영호진미와 영진 등 매입 품종을 2가지로 선정해 매입했으며 2025년에도 같은 품종을 매입할 계획이다.

매입 가격은 수확기 전국 평균 산지 쌀값을 반영해 정해지며 우선 지급금은 40kg 기준 4만원을 수매한 직후 지급했고 추가 지급금은 산지 쌀값 조사 결과에 따라 12월 말에 정산 지급한다.

시 관계자는 “공공비축미의 품질 고급화를 위해 고생하신 농업인과 원활한 매입을 위해 협조해 주신 농산물품질관리원, 농협 등 유관기관 관계자분께 감사드린다”고 말했다.
