평생교육 사업의 일환으로 마련한 파크골프교실은 2명의 전문 강사가 나서 기초 이론부터 실내 실습, 야외 실전까지 체계적인 교육을 진행한다.
교육은 총 8회(2개월) 과정으로 구성했다. 실내 스크린 실습과 야외 파크골프장에서의 실전 체험을 병행하며, 시민이 파크골프에 대한 이해와 실전 감각을 높이고 일상 속 반려 학습으로 파크골프를 활용할 수 있도록 설계했다.
이번 첫 회차 수업에서는 파크골프의 기본 규칙, 장비 사용법, 바른 자세, 안전 수칙 등 기초 이론 교육을 진행했으며, 스포츠 매너에 대한 이해를 높이는 시간도 함께 마련했다.
