건의안을 대표발의한 정현호 의원은 “비법정도로는 도시 성장과정에서 자연스럽게 형성된 통행로인 경우가 많다”며 “정부는 비법정도로 문제 해결을 위한 국비보조 체계를 구축하고 국회는 비법정도로 정비.관리에 관한 특별법을 제정해야 한다”고 주장했다.

한상민 의원은 ‘지방의회 정책지원관 정수 확대를 위한 지방자치법 개정 촉구 건의안’을 대표발의했다.
