합천군 민간투자사업 및 업무협약 심사 강화

[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군이 추진하는 민간투자사업 및 업무협약에 대한 군의회의 심사와 감시기능이 강화된다.

사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법에 따라 추진하는 민간투자사업과 그 밖의 자치사무로서 재정부담을 유발하는 민간투자사업의 적정한 추진 및 관리를 위한 ‘합천군 민간투자사업에 관한 조례’와 업무협약의 체계적 관리를 통해 행정의 책임성과 투명성을 높이기 위한 ‘합천군 업무협약 체결 및 관리에 관한 조례’가 23일 제290회 합천군의회 정례회에서 원안 가결됐다.

‘합천군 민간투자사업에 관한 조례’는 민간투자사업 사전절차 강화를 위한 사항으로, 민간투자사업의 규모 및 장래 발생할 의무부담 규모를 중기지방재정계획과 연계하도록 하고, 민간투자사업에 대한 의회 동의 및 의회 보고, 민간투자 분야별 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 및 전문가로 구성되는 민간투자사업심의위원회 설치 등을 포함하고 있다.
