(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 수도권매립지관리공사(이하공사)가27일, 미국환경자원협회(Environmental Resource Associates, 이하 ERA)가 주관한 2025년 국제숙련도 평가에서 최고 등급인 ‘Laboratory of Excellence’를 획득했다고 밝혔다.
공사에 따르면, 이번 평가는 국제표준화기구(ISO/IEC 17043) 인증을 받은 ERA가 전 세계 160개 시험기관을 대상으로 대기분야 분석 능력을 검증하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
공사는 알데하이드류를 포함한 악취물질 8개 항목에 대해 평가에 참여해, 모든 항목에서 ‘만족’ 평가를 받으며 분석 정밀도와 데이터 신뢰성에서 국제 기준에 부합함을 입증했다.
공사는 환경분석 전문기관으로서 지속적인 전문교육 실시, 환경측정분석사 확보, 체계적인 품질관리 시스템 운영 등 분석 역량 강화를 위한 노력을 이어오고 있다.
또한, 국내외 숙련도 평가에 지속적으로 참여하며 국제적 수준의 기술력을 축적해 왔다.
