충남 홍성군이 지역 청년의 자립기반을 강화하고 지속 가능한 창업 생태계를 조성하기 위해 충남신용보증재단과 함께 마련한 ‘청년 창업 통합지원 프로그램’이 오는 7월부터 본격 시행된다.
이번 사업은 청년들이 단순 창업에 그치지 않고 지역에 정착해 중장기적으로 안정적인 경영을 이어갈 수 있도록 돕기 위한 것이다. 창업 준비 단계부터 디지털 전환, 온라인 판로 확보까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 밀착형 지원을 제공하는 것이 특징이다.
지원 프로그램은 청년 예비창업자를 대상으로 한 ‘청년창업패키지’와 기존 창업자를 겨냥한 ‘디지털패키지’로 구성됐다. 총 25개 팀을 선정해 각 유형별 맞춤 지원이 이뤄질 예정이다.
‘청년창업패키지’는 2025년 내 창업 예정자를 포함한 예비창업자 15개 팀을 선착순으로 모집하며, 7월 1일부터 충남신용보증재단 공식 홈페이지의 전용 페이지를 통해 온라인 신청이 가능하다. 해당 패키지에 선정된 이들에게는 창업 교육과 전문가 1:1 컨설팅, 신용보증을 연계한 창업자금 지원, 제품·서비스에 대한 체험단 운영 등의 실질적인 혜택이 주어진다.

이용록 홍성군수는 “이번 사업은 단순한 재정적 지원을 넘어, 창업과 금융, 디지털 전환, 유통까지 유기적으로 연결되는 통합 시스템을 구축해 청년들이 실질적으로 지역에 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 하는 데 초점이 있다”며 “강화된 디지털 역량을 발판으로 지역은 물론 글로벌 시장에 도전하는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
