성광온누리학교(교장 이종권)는 지난 6월 24일부터 7월 4일까지 교사 간 협력을 중심으로 한 ‘멘토-멘티 수업 나눔 프로그램’을 운영하며, 교사의 수업 역량을 강화하고 건강한 교직 문화 형성을 위한 발판을 마련했다.
이번 프로그램은 신규 또는 경력 교사(멘티)와 숙련 교사(멘토)가 1:1로 매칭되어 함께 수업을 기획하고 실행한 뒤, 사전 성찰과 사후 피드백을 주고받는 구조로 진행됐다. 단순한 수업 참관을 넘어, 실제 수업 과정에서의 공동 설계와 성찰적 대화를 통해 수업에 대한 전문적 이해를 심화하는 데 중점을 두었다.
프로그램에는 국어, 사회, 수학, 과학, 일상생활, 음악 등 다양한 교과의 교사 13명이 참여했다. 멘토 교사들은 멘티 교사의 고민에 실질적인 조언을 제공하고, 수업 전후의 상황에 맞춘 격려와 피드백을 통해 상호 성장의 계기를 마련했다.
