(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 지난 9일, 서구청 의원간담회장에서 서구 자립준비청년의 다양한 필요와 욕구에 따라 자립역량을 강화하고 자원을 연계하기 위해 모인 ‘십시일반 청년사랑 울타리 협의체’ 참여기관과 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
서구에 따르면, 이번 협약의 목적은 자립준비청년이 사회에 정착할 수 있도록 밀도 있는 마을 내 신뢰기반 관계를 형성하고 이를 통해 지속 가능한 자립 지지체계를 구축하는 것이다.
이번 협약에는 인천서구청과 기관(인천북부고용복지플러스센터, 인천서구복지재단, 인천서구지역자활센터, 인천자립지원전담기관, 인천여성가족재단, 초록우산 인천지역본부, 희망디딤돌 인천센터), 기업(꿈을Dream, 널리컴퍼니(주), 뮤라이즌, 보헤미안유니온(주), 아디주 커뮤니티, 유혜신 심리상담센터, 지니스튜디오, 청년이룸, 청년주택에너지사업단(주), 청년지갑트레이닝센터, 청라꽃갈비), 단체(루원음식문화거리상인회, 서인천청년회의소) 등 총 20개 기관 및 소상공인을 포함한 기업, 단체가 십시일반 청년사랑 울타리 협의체로 참여하여 뜻을 모았다.
기업과 단체 등 십시일반 청년사랑 울타리 협의체 참여기관은 전문성과 자원을 활용하여 청년들의 자립에 필요한 서비스를 제공할 예정이며, 서구청은 자립역량강화를 위한 프로그램 및 자원 제공, 대상자 간의 연계 등의 역할을 맡게 된다.
서구는 협약식을 시작으로 이러한 내용을 담은 2025 지역특화 청년사업‘울타리 플레이 로그’를 7월부터 본격적으로 추진할 예정이다.
강범석 청장은 “자립준비 청년들이 필요로 하는 것들은 각각 다르기 때문에 그에 맞는 니즈를 파악하고 지역사회의 다양한 자원을 연결하여, 필요한 부분을 메꾸어 주면 지역사회 일원으로 건강하게 성장하는 데에 큰 도움이 될 것이다”고 전하며 이어 “오늘 기꺼이 청년들을 위해 함께해 주셔서 감사드리며, 앞으로도 다양한 지역자원이 청년들의 자립에 도움이 될 수 있도록 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
