군포의왕교육지원청 ‘AI활용 사회정서학습 기반 인성교육’ 교원 연수 실시

군포의왕교육지원청(교육장 성정현)이 지난 7월 8일, 9일 이틀간 ‘AI활용 사회정서학습 기반 인성교육’을 주제로 ‘2025 군포의왕 우리다움 인성교육 2기 교원 연수’를 실시했다.

이번 연수는 빠르게 변화하는 교육환경 속에서 학생들의 정서적 안정을 지원하고 교원의 인성교육 및 사회정서학습 역량을 강화하기 위해 관내 초·중·고 교원 중 희망자 40여 명을 대상으로 생성형 인공지능 기술을 활용해 학생의 감정 및 정서 상태를 파악하고 자기 조절 및 공감적 소통을 실현할 수 있는 방법을 중심으로 진행됐다.

특히 △AI 기반 학생 감정 인식 기술과 데이터의 교육적 활용 △사회정서학습 역량 및 인성 덕목 연계 지도 방법 △인공지능을 활용한 교과별 인성교육 방법 등 교사의 실천 역량을 높일 수 있는 내용이 중점적으로 다루어졌다.

연수에 참여한 한 교사는 “AI를 활용하여 학생의 감정과 정서를 파악하고 학생 간의 관계 분석에도 도움이 될 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다”며, “학생의 기본 인성 함양을 위해 AI를 다양하게 적용해 보는 좋은 기회였다”고 말했다.

군포의왕교육지원청 성정현 교육장은 “AI 기술은 단순한 도구를 넘어 학생들의 인성교육에도 적용할 수 있는 등 그 활용 가치가 크다”며 “앞으로 교원들이 시대적 흐름에 맞는 디지털 기반 역량을 강화하고 사회정서학습 기반 인성교육이 학교 현장에서 다양하게 운영될 수 있도록 지속적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

Gunpo Uiwang Office of Education (Superintendent Seong Jeong-hyeon) conducted the ‘2025 Gunpo Uiwang Our Daum Character Education 2nd Teacher Training’ on the theme of ‘AI-based social-emotional learning-based character education’ for two days on July 8 and 9.

This training was conducted with the aim of supporting students’ emotional stability and strengthening teachers’ character education and social-emotional learning capabilities in a rapidly changing educational environment. Approximately 40 elementary, middle, and high school teachers in the region who applied were targeted, and it focused on using generative artificial intelligence technology to identify students’ emotions and emotional states and to realize self-regulation and empathic communication.
