전북자치도는 재난안전대책본부 비상 2단계를 발령해 집중호우 피해 예방에 행정력을 모으고 있는 가운데 17일 우범기 전주시장이 풍남동 빗물받이 준설 현장을 찾아 상황을 점검하는 현장 행정을 펼쳤다.
