충남사회서비스원, 사회보장위원회 실무협의회 간담회 개최

충남사회서비스원(원장 김영옥)은 지난 22일 오후 2시부터 6시까지, 충남사회서비스원 대회의실에서 충청남도 사회보장위원회 실무협의회 신규위원 대상 간담회를 열었다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 간담회는 새롭게 위촉된 실무협의회 위원 10명을 중심으로 구성되었으며, 위원의 책무에 대한 이해를 높이고 향후 위원회 운영방향을 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다. 

특히 이번 위촉을 통해 실무협의회는 총 7개 분과, 49명의 위원 체제로 확대되었으며, '보건, 장애인, 아동·청소년, 노인, 여성, 지역사회' 등 다양한 분야의 전문가들이 각자의 전문성을 바탕으로 정책 자문은 물론, 도내 지역사회 복지의제 발굴에 기여할 예정이다.

행사는 충청남도 사회보장위원회 실무협의회의 2025년도 운영 방향 안내를 중심으로 '신규위원 역할 정립 및 역량 강화를 위한 특강', '지원 동기와 향후 활동계획 공유', '지역 현안 논의' 등으로 구성되어 위원들의 정책 기획 및 실행 역량을 높이는 데 초점이 맞춰졌다. 

김영옥 원장은 “앞으로도 충남사회서비스원은 충청남도 사회보장위원회 실무협의회를 통해 지역 복지 현장의 목소리를 반영하고, 실효성 있는 사회보장 정책 추진에 기여할 수 있도록 신규위원들의 전문성과 참여 역량을 지속적으로 강화해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

한편, 충청남도 사회보장위원회 실무협의회는 지역 내 복지현장 전문가들이 참여하는 민·관 협력기구로, 도민 중심의 사회보장 정책을 실현하기 위해 충청남도와 충남사회서비스원이 함께 운영하고 있다. 위원회는 정책 실행과정에서의 현장성과 실행력을 높이기 위한 자문 역할은 물론, 지역 맞춤형 복지제도 개발에도 적극 나서고 있다.

Chungnam Social Service Center (Director Kim Young-ok) announced on the 23rd that it held a meeting for new members of the Chungcheongnam-do Social Security Committee Working Council from 2 PM to 6 PM on the 22nd in the Chungnam Social Service Center conference room.

Meanwhile, the Chungcheongnam-do Social Security Committee Working Council is a public-private cooperative organization in which local welfare experts participate, and is operated jointly by Chungcheongnam-do and the Chungcheongnam-do Social Service Center to realize a social security policy centered on residents.

The committee plays an advisory role to enhance the on-site performance and execution power in the policy implementation process, as well as actively developing a regional customized welfare system.
