【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구행복진흥원이 지난 22일 '2025 성주류화 정책 실무담당자 및 컨설턴트 워크숍'을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍에는 대구시와 구군, 교육청의 성별영향평가 및 성인지예산 담당 공무원들이 참석했다. 성별영향평가 컨설턴트들도 함께해 실무 역량 강화와 상호 네트워크 확대를 위한 시간을 가졌다.
주요 프로그램으로는 허은희 경남성별영향평가센터장의 강의가 진행됐다. '성인지예산제도 실효성 제고를 위한 협력 방안'을 주제로 한 강의는 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심 내용으로 구성됐다.
강의에서는 성주류화 제도의 이해부터 성인지예산서 작성 사례, 성별영향평가와 성인지예산 연계 방법까지 포괄적으로 다뤘다. 단계별 컨설팅 전략 등 실무진들이 현장에서 필요로 하는 구체적인 내용들이 포함됐다.
이어서 대구행복진흥원 성별영향평가센터에서는 성별영향평가와 성인지예산의 효과적 추진 방안을 제시했다. 단계별 일정과 중점 개선 과제, 컨설팅 매뉴얼 등을 안내하고 질의응답을 통해 실질적인 지원 방안을 공유했다.
배기철 대구행복진흥원 이사장은 "이번 워크숍을 통해 정책 현장의 담당자와 컨설턴트 간 협력이 한층 강화되길 바란다"며 "대구시와 구군이 추진하는 성주류화 정책의 효과성을 높이는 동시에 대구시민의 행복 증진에 기여할 수 있도록 지속적인 관심과 지원을 이어가겠다"고 포부를 밝혔다.

Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency Chairman Bae Ki-cheol expressed his aspirations, saying, "I hope this workshop will further strengthen cooperation between policymakers and consultants."
