부천시 별빛마루·수주도서관, 경기도 공공도서관 운영평가 우수도서관 선정

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 1일, 별빛마루도서관과 수주도서관이 ‘2025년 경기도 공공도서관 운영평가’에서 우수도서관으로 선정됐다고  밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 이번 평가는 도내 공공도서관 290곳을 대상으로 시설, 장서, 직원 수 등을 기준으로 5개 그룹으로 나눠 진행됐다.

경기도는 도서관 경영, 공간 혁신, 인적자원, 서비스 등 7개 영역의 정량평가(1차)와 지역사회 연계·협력, 확산 가능성 등을 반영한 우수사례 정성평가(2차)를 종합 심사해, 부천시 별빛마루도서관과 수주도서관을 우수도서관으로 선정했다.

별빛마루도서관은 ‘별빛공방’을 중심으로 한 창작 체험 활동, 전 연령 대상 독서문화 프로그램, 미디어 창작실 운영 등 특화 공간 기반의 맞춤형 서비스를 운영해 좋은 평가를 받았다.

수주도서관은 지역 기관과의 연계 서비스를 통해 지역 밀착형 독서복지를 실현하고, ‘한 도시 한 책 읽기’, ‘부천 북 페스티벌’, ‘공원 속 북 피크닉’ 등 시민 참여형 독서문화 확산에 기여한 점이 높이 평가됐다.

조용익 부천시장은 “이번 성과는 시민 역량 강화를 위한 부천시 도서관의 노력과 시민의 높은 참여가 함께 만든 결과”라며 “앞으로도 시민이 만족할 수 있는 도서관 서비스를 제공해, 시민과 함께 성장하는 지속 가능한 도시를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
