알려진 바에 따르면 이 건물이 완공되면, 삼성그룹의 금융관련 기업이 들어설 전망이라고 한다. 해설하면, 삼성그룹의 금융 일체를 전담하는 삼성그룹의 금융 본부가 들어선다는 것이다.
