브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 1일 유원제일2차 재건축정비사업 정기총회에서 시공사로 선정됐다고 4일 밝혔다.
이 사업은 서울 영등포구 당산동 5가 7-2번지 일대에 지하3층~지상 최고 49층, 7개동, 공동주택 703세대 및 부대복리시설을 신축하는 사업이다. 공사비는 3702억원(VAT 별도)이다.
대우건설은 유원제일2차의 새로운 단지명으로 ‘파로 써밋 49(FARO SUMMIT 49)’를 제안했다. 파로(FARO)는 스페인어로 ‘등대’를 뜻하며, 하이엔드 주거의 방향을 제시하는 빛나는 랜드마크를 의미하고 ‘49’는 최고 층수를 가리킨다.
단지 설계에는 일본의 롯본기힐스를 비롯해 LA의 산타모니카 플레이스, 라스베이거스 벨라지오 호텔을 디자인한 세계적인 건축설계 그룹인 JERDE(저디)가 참여한다.
대우건설은 프리미엄 한강뷰 세대를 원안대비 117세대 추가 확보해 많은 세대가 조망권을 누릴 수 있도록 했으며, 단지 최고층인 49층에는 전용 엘리베이터를 갖춘 복층의 스카이 어메니티를 조성할 계획이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “대우건설은 국내에서 가장 많은 주택을 공급한 대표건설사로서 그동안 쌓은 정비사업 노하우를 바탕으로 신속하게 사업을 추진해 조합원들의 성원에 보답하겠다”고 전했다.
