【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=국민의힘 대구시당 차세대여성위원회(위원장 신은비)가 지난 11월 1일 ‘지속 가능한 사회를 만드는 여성의 힘’을 주제로 세미나를 개최했다.
이번 세미나는 여성 리더십의 중요성을 알리고, 세대 간 소통과 공감의 장을 만들기 위해 마련됐다.
현장에는 TBC ‘싱싱고향별곡’의 한기웅 리포터가 초청 강사로 나서, 지역 곳곳의 변화와 현장에서 얻은 경험을 바탕으로 강연을 펼쳤다.
이날 행사에는 차세대여성위원회 위원과 당직자를 비롯해 많은 참석자가 함께했다. 이들은 “여성의 역할과 리더십에 대해 새롭게 생각해볼 수 있는 의미 있는 시간이었다”는 소감을 전하기도 했다.
이인선 국회의원(대구 수성을)은 “여성 리더십이야말로 지역과 사회의 지속 가능한 발전을 이끄는 핵심 동력”이라며, “차세대여성위원회가 세대 간 가교 역할을 하면서 지역에 변화와 혁신을 이끌어가길 기대한다”고 말했다.
신은비 위원장은 “여성의 힘이 사회적 책임과 실천으로 이어지는 출발점이 되길 바란다”며, “세대 간 이해와 협력을 통해 건강하고 지속 가능한 지역 문화를 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
국민의힘 대구시당 차세대여성위원회는 앞으로도 여성의 사회참여 확대와 리더십 역량 강화를 위한 세미나, 교육, 네트워킹 프로그램을 계속 이어가며 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 여성 리더십 모델 구축에 나설 계획이다.

Chairwoman Shin Eun-bi stated, "I hope that women's power will become the starting point for social responsibility and action. We will create a healthy and sustainable local culture through intergenerational understanding and cooperation."
The Daegu City Party of the People Power Party's Next Generation Women's Committee plans to continue conducting seminars, training, and networking programs to expand women's social participation and strengthen their leadership capabilities, and to build a women's leadership model that grows alongside the local community.
