이번 간담회는 지역 기업의 경영 현황을 살피고 현장 중심의 소통을 강화하기 위해 마련된 자리로 ㈜수정케미칼 장수정 대표(진천상공회의소 회장)를 비롯한 기업 관계자들이 참석했다.
이날 송 군수는 생산 현장과 공정 설비를 둘러보며 기업 운영 실태를 점검하고, 근로자들과 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.
특히 지역 내 중소기업들이 겪고 있는 인력난과 원자재 가격 상승 등 현실적인 어려움에 대해 깊이 공감하며 해결방안을 함께 모색했다.
장수정 대표는 “지역경제의 한 축을 담당하고 있는 기업들이 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 군에서 지속적인 관심과 지원을 보내주길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 진천군과 상공회의소가 긴밀히 협력해 지역 산업 발전에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.
송기섭 군수는 “기업의 성장 없이는 지역 경제의 발전도 없다”며 “앞으로도 기업 현장을 직접 찾아 소통을 강화하고, 기업하기 좋은 진천을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
