【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=㈜그린식품(대표 윤상두)이 지난 17일 대구 북구청에 저소득층 아동을 위한 250만 원 상당의 기프트카드를 기부했다.
이번 기프트카드는 BOOKIDS 도서구입비 사업에 참여한 아동 중 독후활동에 적극적으로 참여한 25명에게 전달될 예정이다.
윤상두 대표는 “이번 기부가 아이들에게 독서에 대한 관심을 높이고, 더 나은 미래를 준비하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 다양한 나눔 활동을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
배광식 북구청장은 “그린식품의 따뜻한 나눔이 지역 아동들에게 큰 힘이 될 것”이라며 “이 같은 의미 있는 기부가 지역사회 전체로 확대되길 기대한다”고 전했다.
