파주시, '대한민국주거복지문화대상' 상생상 수상

파주시가 주거복지 분야에서 우수한 성과를 인정받아 '제8회 대한민국주거복지문화대상'에서 기관 부문 상생상(우수상)을 수상했다.

파주시는 20일 열린 2025년도 대한민국주거복지문화대상 시상식에서 민관 협력 기반의 주거안전망 구축과 주거복지 정책 추진 성과를 인정받아 상생상 수상 기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

대한민국주거복지문화대상은 아름다운 주거복지 공동체 조성에 기여한 기관·단체·시민의 우수 사례를 발굴하고 확산하기 위해 마련된 상으로, 종합대상, 대상, 혁신상, 상생상, 선도상, 실천상 등 총 6개 부문에서 시상이 이뤄진다.

파주시는 파주시주거복지센터를 중심으로 주거취약계층 주거 상향 지원, 맞춤형 주거환경 개선, 전세사기 피해자 지원 등 다양한 사업을 추진하며 시민이 체감하는 주거복지 실현에 앞장서 왔다는 평가를 받았다.

김경일 파주시장은 "이번 수상은 파주시의 주거복지 정책이 시민과 함께 만들어낸 결실"이라며 "누구나 안전하고 따뜻한 보금자리에서 살아갈 수 있도록 기본주거 정책을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
