브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 아시아나항공이 내년 1월 15일부터 미주 로스앤젤레스 노선을 일부 감편한다.
아시아나항공은 하루 2회 운항하는 인천~LA 노선을 내년 5월까지 인천공항을 21시에 출발(LA 현지 출발 23시 30분)하는 OZ204(203)편만 운영할 계획이다.
이후 6월 1일부터 단계적 증편을 거쳐 7월 1일부터는 다시 매일 2회 운항할 계획이다. 이번 감편은 아시아나항공 자체 항공기 운영계획 변경에 의한 사업계획 조정에 따른 것이다.
아시아나항공은 고객들에게 변경되는 항공편 일정을 알림톡/문자/이메일을 통해 별도 안내하고, 공식 홈페이지를 통해 관련 안내문을 공지한다. 또한, 동일 일자 대체 항공편 제공, 날짜 변경, 환불 및 재발행 수수료 면제 등을 통해 고객 불편을 최소화할 계획이다.
아시아나항공 홈페이지(PC, 모바일웹, APP) 및 예약센터를 통해 해당 항공편을 구매한 고객은 아시아나항공 예약센터 전화를 통해 예약 변경 및 환불이 가능하낟. 여행사나 온라인 여행 플랫폼을 통해 구매한 고객의 경우, 구매처를 통해 변경 및 환불이 진행된다.
