가족친화인증제도는 자녀 출산양육, 교육, 유연근무, 근로자, 부양가족 지원 등 가족친화제도를 모범적으로 운영하는 기업과 공공기관, 지방정부에 대해 심사를 거쳐 인증을 주는 제도이다.
군은 지난 2014년 최초 인증 후 유효기간 연장, 재인증을 거쳐 14년 연속 가족친화인증기관으로 인정받게 됐다.
이번 재인증은 군이 꾸준히 추진해 온 일가정 양립 조직문화 조성, 탄력적 근무제도 운영, 출산양육 지원 강화 등 가족친화제도를 끊임없이 개선하고 시행해 온 결과라는 분석이다.
윤경순 군 가족친화과장은 “이번 재인증은 가족친화적인 조직문화 조성을 위해 전 직원이 함께 노력한 성과”라며 “앞으로도 가족친화제도가 공공기관뿐만 아니라 민간기업에도 확산할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
