【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 지난 10일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘2025 증평군 평생학습 성과회 및 주민간담회’를 개최했다.
올해 군은 평생학습도시 재지정평가에서 전국 상위 10%에 해당하는 우수 평생학습도시로 선정되는 의미 있는 성과를 거뒀다.
이번 행사는 이러한 성과를 주민과 함께 공유하고, 내년도 평생학습 사업 추진 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 올해 주요 사업을 돌아보는 영상 시청을 시작으로 평생학습동아리 ‘먹물연맹 증평지회 캘리그라피’동아리 대표가 ‘붓을 넘어 마음을 잇다’를 주제로 발표를 진행했다.
또 AI 캠페인송 공모전에서 대상을 수상한 검정고시 수료 주민이 ‘내 나이 63세, 나의 꿈은 아직 현재 진행형’을 주제로 생생한 학습 사례를 소개하며 주민 참여 기반의 평생학습 성과를 공유했다.
이어 평생교육사의 2025년 평생교육 추진 방향 보고와 함께 군수 주재 주민 토의가 진행됐다.
주민들은 다양한 의견을 제시하며 지역 평생학습의 주체로 참여했고, 소통과 협력을 통해 ‘참여–공유–확산’의 선순환 구조를 만드는 뜻깊은 시간이 됐다.
군 관계자는 “주민과 행정이 함께 협력해 체계적인 평생학습 기반 구축에 힘쓰겠다”며 “배움으로 성장하고, 나눔으로 확장되는 증평군의 평생학습이 지역의 성장을 이끄는 원동력이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
