[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시가 새해부터 ‘공무용 차량 공유 이용 사업’을 확대 시행한다.
이 사업은 토요일·공휴일에 운행하지 않는 공무용 차량을 교통약자 등 시민과 무상으로 공유하는 생활 밀착형 행정 서비스로 지난 3개월간의 시범운영을 통해 호응을 얻었다.
시는 시범운영 기간 수렴된 시민 의견을 반영하여 차량 증차, 운영시간 개선 등 올해 운영 계획을 수립했다.
이에 공유 차량을 기존 3대에서 총 5대로 확대했다.
가족 단위 이용객을 위해 대형승용차를 포함한 총 5대를 배치하여, 다자녀 가정이나 짐이 많은 시민들도 넉넉하게 이용할 수 있도록 했다.
또한 차량 배차 및 반납 시간을 탄력적으로 운영한다.
기존 입·출고 시간을 원칙으로 하되, 이용자가 여행 일정상 시간 조정이 필요한 경우 사전 협의를 통해 탄력적으로 이용할 수 있도록 개선하여 시민 편의를 높였다.
이용은 양산시에 거주하는 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 한부모·다문화·북한이탈주민·다자녀 가정 등이며, 이용료는 무료이다.
신청은 이용일 10일 전부터 5일 전까지 ‘양산시 통합예약시스템’에서 가능하며, 온라인 사용이 어려운 시민을 위해 회계과 차량관리팀 방문 및 팩스 신청도 병행한다.
양산시 관계자는 “시민들의 소중한 의견을 반영해 사업을 확대하게 되었다”며“공무용 차량이 주말에는 시민들에게 행복한 추억을 선물하는 ‘행복카’가 될 수 있도록 운영에 만전을 기하겠다”고 말했다.
