【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 노후 공동주택의 주거환경 개선과 생활 안전 강화를 위해 ‘2026년 공동주택 지원사업’을 본격 추진한다.
군은 사용승인 후 10년 이상 경과한 공동주택을 대상으로 공공시설물 유지·보수 비용 일부를 지원해 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경을 조성한다는 계획이다.
지원 대상은 지역 내 공동주택 37개 단지로, 아파트 17곳과 연립주택 10곳, 다세대주택 10곳이 포함돼 있다. 다만 보조금을 지원받은 단지는 선정 이후 5년 이내에는 중복 지원을 받을 수 없다.
지원 분야는 주민 생활과 직결된 공동시설 전반이다.
