<브레이크뉴스 가평=이용하 기자>가평군이 여성농어업인의 직업 질환을 예방하고 건강한 영농 활동을 지원하기 위해 맞춤형 특수건강검진 사업을 추진한다.
가평군은 오는 2월 20일까지 ‘2026년 여성농어업인 특수건강검진 사업’ 대상자를 사전 접수한다고 21일 밝혔다.
경기도 건강복지 지원 정책의 일환으로 시행되는 이번 사업은 장기간 농작업으로 인해 근골격계 질환이나 농약 노출 위험이 높은 여성농어업인에게 특화된 정밀 검진과 전문 상담을 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.
신청 대상은 가평군에 거주하며 농업경영체에 등록된 만 51세부터 80세 사이의 여성농어업인 중 짝수년도 출생자(1946년 1월 1일~1975년 12월 31일생)다.
검진 항목은 여성농어업인에게 취약한 ▲근골격계 ▲심혈관계 ▲농약 중독 검사 등으로 구성된다. 다만, 2026년부터 국가건강검진 항목에 포함되는 일부 연령대(56세·66세 폐기능 검사, 54세·60세 골밀도 검사 등)는 중복 방지를 위해 특수건강검진 항목에서 제외되거나 비용이 조정될 수 있다.
검진 비용은 1인당 총 22만 원으로, 이 중 90%인 19만 8천 원을 보조금으로 지원하며 대상자는 2만 2천 원만 부담하면 된다. 폐기능이나 골밀도 검사 제외 대상자는 본인 부담금이 추가로 낮아진다.
