신청 대상은 가평 관내에 거주하는 13세 이상 중학생 청소년이며, 모집 인원은 선착순 15명이다. 참가를 원하는 청소년은 이달 22일부터 30일까지 신청 가능하며, 자세한 접수 방법은 가평청소년문화의집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
