구체적으로는 비례대표 비율을 30%로 확대하는 연동형 비례대표제 도입을 핵심 과제로 제시했다. 시당은 “연동형 비례대표제는 다양한 민의를 온전히 반영하고 정치적 다양성을 확보하기 위한 필수 조건”이라며 “정치 구조의 근본적 혁신이 뒷받침되지 않는 행정통합은 한계를 가질 수밖에 없다”고 강조했다.
