대전시의회 김민숙 의원(더불어민주당·비례대표)이 2일 열린 제292회 임시회 제3차 본회의에서 ‘대전·충남 행정통합 이후 광역의회의 역할 강화’를 주제로 5분 자유발언에 나섰다.
