청년문화예술패스는 공연·전시·영화 관람비를 지원해 청년들의 문화향유 기회를 높이고, 능동적인 문화소비 주체로 성장하도록 돕는 사업이다.
올해는 지원금을 기존 15만 원에서 최대 20만 원으로 상향했다. 지원 대상도 기존 19세에서 19~20세(2006~2007년생)로 확대했으며, 지원 인원 역시 69명에서 114명으로 늘렸다.
신청은 ‘청년문화예술패스’ 누리집에서 가능하다. 발급 후 지정 협력 예매처에서 사용할 수 있다. 발급 기간은 1차 2월 25일부터 6월 30일까지, 2차는 8월 10일부터 11월 30일까지다.
다만 발급 후 일정 기간 내 사용 실적이 없으면 지원금이 회수되고 2차 신청이 제한된다. 본 사업은 생애 최초 1회 지원이 원칙으로, 2025년 이용자는 신청할 수 없다. 다만 실제 사용 금액이 없는 경우에는 재신청이 가능하다.
군 관계자는 “지원 확대를 통해 지역 청년들이 보다 다양한 문화예술을 경험하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
