브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 마이크로 RGB TV(R95H)가 독일의 시험·인증 기관 VDE(Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker)로부터 ‘눈 안전성(Safety for Eyes)’과 ‘생체 리듬 디스플레이(CRD, Circadian Rhythm Display)’ 인증을 동시에 획득했다고 13일 밝혔다.
‘눈 안전성’과 ‘생체 리듬 디스플레이’ 인증은 디스플레이가 사용자의 눈과 생체 리듬에 미치는 영향을 측정해, 인체에 부담을 주지않고 최적의 시청 환경을 제공하는 제품에 부여된다.
‘눈 안전성’ 평가는 디지털 기기에서 발생하는 빛을 분석해 TV를 장시간 시청 시 눈에 미치는 영향을 측정한다.
특히, 장시간 노출시 눈 피로와 수면 리듬에 영향을 주는 블루라이트(청색광) 저감 수준을 검증해 장시간 TV를 시청해도 눈에 무리를 주지 않는 다는 것을 평가한다.
