교육 프로그램은 이민영 티앤디(T&D) 파트너스 소장의 ‘요즘 팀장의 리더 수업’ 강연과 정선 미디어 교육지도사의 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 활용 기법 특강으로 구성했다.
리더십 강연에서는 ‘팀장은 일을 잘하는 사람이 아니라, 조직원들이 일을 잘하도록 돕는 사람’이라는 주제로 원활한 소통과 효율적인 조직 관리 방안을 심도 있게 다뤘다.
이어진 SNS 교육에서는 페이스북과 블로그, 인스타그램을 활용한 실무 맞춤형 홍보 기법을 공유했다.
