충청남도가 중동발 지정학적 위기 장기화에 대응해 농어업과 복지, 건설, 에너지 등 전 분야를 아우르는 대규모 종합 지원책을 내놨다. 지난번 발표한 중소기업·소상공인 대책에서 나아가, 정부 추가경정예산과 연계해 민생 사각지대를 촘촘히 메우겠다는 취지다.
