브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 검찰총장이 차기 대선주자 지지도 조사에서 이낙연 더불어민주당 대표와 이재명 경기도지사를 제치고 처음으로 1위를 차지했다.
쿠키뉴스 의뢰로 여론조사기관 한길리서치가 지난 7~9일 전국 만18세 이상 유권자 1022명을 대상으로 실시한 '여야 차기 대선후보 지지도' 조사 결과, 윤 총장을 지지한다는 응답이 24.7%로 가장 높았다.
이낙연 대표가 22.2%, 이재명 지사는 18.4%로 각각 2위와 3위를 차지했으며 홍준표 무소속 의원 5.6%, 안철수 국민의당 대표 4.2%, 심상정 정의당 대표 3.4% 순이었다.
윤 총장을 지지한다는 응답은 보수 정당을 지지층에서 높게 나타났다.
국민의힘 지지자 62.0%, 국민의당 지지자 31.9%가 윤 총장을 지지했으며 자신의 정치 성향이 보수하고 밝힌 응답자 중 34.7%가 지지했다. 반면 중도층에서는 27.3%가 윤 총장을 지지한다고 밝혔으며 진보층에선 13.0%였다.
지역별로는 충청(33.8%)에서 가장 높은 지지율이 나타났다. 이어 부산·울산·경남(30.4%)과 대구·경북(27.3%)에서도 높은 지지를 받았다.
연령별로는 60대 이상(31.8%)과 18·19세를 포함한 20대(25.5%)에서 높게 나타났다.
한편 이번 여론조사는 쿠키뉴스 의뢰로 한길리서치가 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사방식(유선전화면접 23%, 무선 ARS 77%, 무작위 RDD추출)으로 진행됐다. 응답률은 3.8%, 표본오차는 95% 신뢰수준에 ±3.1% 포인트다. 자세한 조사 결과는 중앙선거여론조사심의위원회 홈페이지를 참조하면 된다.
