창원시의회 기획행정위, 공유재산관리계획 현장 방문

공유재산 관리계획은 지방자치단체가 공유재산의 취득 및 처분 결정 전 지방의회의 의결을 받는 것으로 이번 현장방문은 제113회(임시회) 공유재산관리계획 안건 심사에 대비하고자 마련됐다.

이번 공유재산 심의 대상은 ▲창원기록원 건립(취득) ▲진해구 태백동104-5번지 공유재산 처분 ▲진해문화원 건립(부지변경) ▲웅동119안전센터 건립(취득) ▲남성119안전센터 건립(취득) 등 총 5건이다. 기획행정위원회는 현장을 차례로 찾아 담당 부서로부터 추진현황을 듣고, 대상 부지가 행정 목적 달성에 부합하는 최적지인지 등에 대해 꼼꼼히 살폈다.
