서울시 종로구 청진동 대로변에는 “실종된 송혜희 좀 찾아주세요!”라는 플래카드(3월24일 촬영. 사진 참조)가 장기간 걸려있다. 가끔씩 대중교통(버스), 또는 걸어서 이 앞을 지날 때 본, 필자의 기억으로는 이 플래카드가 2년여 걸려있는 듯하다.
이 플래카드 내용은 몇 가지 점에서 문제가 있다. 실종자를 찾아달라는 내용인데, 이름과 사진이 플래카드 속에 삽입돼 있다. 관할 경찰서인 종로경찰서는 무얼하고 있는 것일까? 이 플래카드를 대로에 연중 걸어 놓게 한 이유가 뭘까? 수사에 착수, 실종자를 찾아주는 노력을 했으면 한다. 종로경찰서는 “실종된 송혜희 좀 찾아주세요!”라는 플래카드의 내용을 왜 외면하고 있는 것일까?
