부천시, 의료기관 노후 건축물 안전 실태조사 실시

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 ‘시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법’에 따라 7~8월 2달간 의료시설이 속한 건축물을 대상으로 안전사고를 예방하고자 제3종시설물 실태조사를 실시한다.

대상은 준공 후 15년 이상 경과한 연면적 1,000㎡이상 5,000㎡ 미만의 의료시설이 속한 건축물로, 총 12개소가 해당된다.

실태조사는 안전진단 전문기관에서 시행한다.

건축물의 주요 균열 및 부재의 손상 상태등 안전상태를 점검해 ‘양호’, ‘주의관찰’, ‘지정검토’ 등 3단계로 분류해 관리할 예정이다.

이중 ‘지정검토’ 대상은 추가 검토를 거쳐 제3종시설물로 지정해 건축물의 안전상태를 주기적으로 관리하게 된다.

부천시보건소 김인재 건강정책과장은 “실태조사를 통해 노후 건축물 전반의 체계적이고 종합적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하여 시민의 안전을 확보하고자 한다”고 강한 의지를 밝혔다.

부천시보건소는 2018년부터 매년 실태조사를 실시하여 36개소의 시설물에 대한 조사를 마쳤으며, 현재 제3종시설물로 지정된 2곳을 주기적으로 점검하여 안전관리에 힘쓰고 있다.
