(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 부모, 조부모, 스승, 이웃 어른 등 어르신께 감사하는 마음을 되새길 수 있는 기회를 마련하여 효행 실천 문화를 정립하고자 제3회 어르신께 쓰는 손편지 공모전 '하늘을 나는 카네이션'을 개최한다.
공모주제는 부모, 조부모, 스승, 이웃 어른 등 어르신께 감사(공경)하는 마음을 표현하는 내용이며 부천시민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
참여방법은 부천시 홈페이지 공고란에서 신청서를 내려 받아 응모작(손편지), 편지 봉투(보내는 사람, 받는 사람 주소와 이름 기재)와 함께 8월 31일까지 부천시청 노인복지과로 우편 또는 방문 접수하면 된다.
전체 응모작은 심사 후 부천시에서 편지 봉투에 기재된 '받는 사람'에게 우편 발송할 예정이며, 총 18개 작품을 선정해 부천시장 표창(최우수 3, 우수 6, 장려 9)을 수여할 계획이다.
수상작은 9월 7일 부천시 홈페이지 공고 및 개별 통보 예정이며, 효행 장려를 위한 홍보자료로 활용하기 위해 우수작품집으로 제작하여 도서관, 노인복지관, 학교 등에 배포될 예정이다.
김용성 노인복지과장은 "코로나19로 인해 가족과 이웃 간 정을 나눌 수 있는 기회가 적어진 지금 이번 공모전을 통해 많은 시민이 따뜻한 마음을 나누는 기회가 되었으면 한다"고 말했다.
