시는 장기간 코로나19 확산 방지를 위한 영업제한으로 경영에 어려움을 겪고 있는 개인사업자 등에게 주민세 사업소분 기본세액을 100% 감면한다.
감면대상은 집합금지 또는 집합제한을 받은 업종, 중소벤처기업부에서 공고한 ‘소상공인 버팀목자금 플러스’ 지원 대상 경영위기 업종으로 분류된 112개 업종 사업자로서 개인 및 법인이다.
하지만 법인은 자본금액 또는 출자금액이 30억원 이하인 법인으로 한정한다.
진주시의 이번 감면 결정에 따라 코로나로 인해 직·간접 피해를 입고 있는 5000여 개 사업소에 대해 약 2억5000만원의 세제 지원이 예상된다.
