대통령실에 따르면 “윤석열 대통령은 지난 17일 두바이에서 ‘모하메드 빈 라시드 알 막툼(Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum)’ UAE 부통령 겸 총리(두바이 통치자)와 면담을 갖고 다양한 분야에서의 협력 방안”에 관해 협의했다. 이때 윤석열 대통령은 “모하메드 부통령 겸 총리의 비전과 리더십을 바탕으로 두바이가 혁신적 발전을 이뤄나가는 모습이 인상적”이라고 말하고 “앞으로 한국과 UAE가 양국 협력은 물론 인류의 공통 관심사에 관해 함께 기여해 나가자”고 강조했다.
