(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) (재)인천광역시여성가족재단 부평여성새로일하기센터(이하 부평새일센터)가 지난 7일부터 9일까지 3일간 경력단절 및 미취업여성 11명을 대상으로 집단상담프로그램 ‘내일(myjob)을 위한 여행’ 을 대면으로 운영했다고 밝혔다.
새일센터에 따르면, 이번 집단상담프그램은 고용노동부 지원사업으로 경력단절여성 및 재취업을 희망하는 여성이 취업역량을 강화하기 위한 집합교육이다.
직업선호도 검사를 통해 나의 흥미를 탐색하고 변화하는 고용동향을 살펴 자신의 역량에 맞는 일을 찾아가는 것을 목표로 새롭게 일을 시작하는 여성들에게 체계적인 구직설계를 지원하여 재취업에 성공할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
교육 수료 후 직업상담사와 1:1 취업상담, 이력서 자기소개서 클리닉, 직업교육훈련 연계, 새일여성인턴연계 등 지속적인 맞춤형 취업지원서비스를 제공한다.
부평새일센터는 집단상담프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 8년간 평균 99점의 높은 만족도를 받고 있다.
2023년에도 집단상담프로그램은 총 20회기, 수료자 200명을 목표로 매월 2~3회씩 9시30분 ~ 13시30분까지 진행되며, 진로설정여부와 경력단절기간에 따라 5일간 운영하는 기본과정과 3일간 운영하는 심화과정으로 구분해 선착순 모집하고 있다.
