부천시, 저소득층 부동산 중개보수료 지원

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 28일 저소득 주민의 가계 부담을 덜기 위해 2억원 이하의 주택(매매,전세,월세) 계약 건을 대상으로 부동산 중개보수 비용 최대 30만 원(전액 도비)을 지원한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 부동산 중개보수 지원 시점은 2020년 1월 1일 거래분부터며 다만, 2020년 계약분은 1억원 이하 거래에만 적용되고 2021년 계약분부터 2억원 이하 거래도 지원한하며 월세의 경우 보증금+(월세×100)으로 환산해 적용된다.

부동산 중개보수 지원을 원하는 대상 시민은 부동산 중개보수 청구서, 매매(임대차)계약서, 국민기초생활보장 수급자 증명서, 주민등록등본, 개인정보 수집·이용 및 제삼자 제공 동의서, 중개보수 영수증과 통장 사본 등을 가지고 부천시청 부동산과로 방문하면 된다.

경기도에서 매월 말 신청서류를 일괄 취합한 후 적합 여부를 검토해 다음 달 10일까지 신청인의 계좌로 지원금을 송금한다.
