3월부터 1,600cc미만 차량 구매시 지역개발채권 의무매입이 면제된다.
세종시가 이달부터 1,600㏄ 미만 자동차를 등록 또는 이전하거나 시와 2,000만 원 미만 각종 계약을 체결할 때 주어지던 지역개발채권 매입 의무를 면제한다고 2일 밝혔다.

그동안 2,000만 원 상당 1,600㏄ 미만 자동차를 구매하는 경우, 기존에는 160만 원 상당의 채권을 의무적으로 매입해야 했으나 이달부터는 이같은 부담이 사라진다.
소상공인 등이 시와 2,000만 원 미만의 계약을 체결하는 경우, 기존에는 50만 원 상당의 채권을 의무적으로 매입해야 했지만 이 또한 사라져 의무가 면제된다.
시는 지역개발채권 매입 의무 면제로 사회 초년생, 소상공인 등 서민경제 안정에 보탬이 될 것으로 보고 있다.
