참가자 모집 기간은 3월 14일부터 4월 12일까지이며 기업 소재지가 부천이면 경력·거주지와 상관없이 개인 또는 팀(최대 10인 미만), 법인(2년 미만 창업) 자격으로 참여할 수 있다.
