경영환경개선사업은 점포환경개선(간판 교체, 내·외부인테리어, 입식 좌석 개선 등), 홍보 및 광고(홍보물 제작, 오프라인 광고 등), 스마트기술 구축 및 위생·안전(키오스크 구입, 매장방역, 화재점검, CCTV설치 등) 등 소상공인의 경영환경을 개선하는 것으로 신청 업체는 3개의 단위 사업 중 1개의 사업만 선택·신청할 수 있으며 최대 250만원(공급가액 10% 및 부가세 자부담, 단위사업별 지원한도액 차등)까지 지원받을 수 있다.
