(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 20일 전세사기 예방을 위해 ‘깡통전세 피해예방 상담창구’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 금리상승과 부동산 경기침체 영향으로 주택거래가격이 하락함에 따라 신축빌라 중심으로 보증금을 반환하지 않는 깡통전세 피해 및 전세 사기를 막기 위해 ‘깡통전세 피해예방 상담창구’를 운영한다.
상담을 통해 계약 전 체크리스트를 통한 임대차계약 확인, 전세보증금 반환, 금융지원, 임차권등기명령, 전세피해 확인서 발급 등 전세피해지원센터 안내, 깡통전세 예방 관련 정보제공 사이트 안내, 법률상담 관련기관 안내, 개업공인중개사의 불법 중개행위 신고 안내 등 실질적인 도움을 제공할 예정이다.
상담창구는 부천시청 부동산과 사무실 내 마련됐으며, 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 운영한다.
