경기도, 긴급복지 위기 도민 발굴·지원 체계 강화

경기도가 긴급복지 위기도민 발굴·지원 체계를 강화하는 내용을 담은 ‘긴급복지 위기상담 콜센터(핫라인) 개선 추진계획(이하 추진계획)’을 마련해 이달부터 이행한다고 지난 5월 3일 밝혔다.

이번 추진계획은 기존 긴급복지 콜센터(핫라인) 중심의 단점을 보완하고 지원 내용을 추가하는 것으로 △더 넓은 복지안전망 △더 촘촘한 사후관리 △더 두터운 민간 지원으로 구성됐다.
