(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 7일 이달부터 오는 7월까지 원미권역 행정복지센터와 원미노인복지관을 찾아가 부천시민을 대상으로 치매 조기검진(기억력 검사)을 무료로 진행한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 만 65세 이상 추정 치매 유병률은 약 10%에 달하며 치매 조기 발견을 위해서는 1년마다 치매 인지선별 검사(CIST)를 받는 것이 도움이 되며 최근 기억력이 떨어지는 상황을 자주 겪는다면 검진을 받아보길 권장한다.
우선검진 대상은 만 60세 이상 시민이며, 인지저하 의심 등으로 검진을 희망하는 경우 60세 미만도 가능하다.
1차 인지선별검사 결과 인지저하로 확인될 경우 2차로 치매안심센터에서 전문의 진료와 진단검사(무료)를, 3차로 협약병원에서 감별검사(소득 기준에 따라 지원)를 지원받을 수 있다.
